Reiki is powerful yet gentle, and is a complimentary to all other methods of healing. It will open you up and improve health, both physical and emotional, by unblocking an your energy centers. If, however, our life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel sick. If our life force energy is high, then we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Treatments are held on a Reiki table, the client is fully clothed, and soft music may be playing. It is helpful if client removes all jewelry before the treatment begins. It is also recommended for the client to wear comfortable clothing.
